Job Overview
CEP is actively seeking a positive and detail-oriented Travel Coordinator to make arrangements for the organization’s employees and guests traveling on company business. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team. Must have strong oral and written communication skills; must be a good listener. Must be extremely well-organized, able to multitask and prioritize. Need a positive attitude, attention to detail, patience, and persistence.
Responsibilities and Duties

Arrange travel itineraries and agendas; booking other transportation; arranging lodging for CEP, clients and entertainers

Coordinate travel arrangements for Executive Leadership Team, and staff to/from events as needed

Must be organized, self-motivated, and have an amazing can do attitude.

Flexibility and adaptability to a fast-paced work environment

Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements

Excellent verbal communication, computer and writing skills
-
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and proficiency using internet based programs

Ability to lift 25 lbs.

Very strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Strong attention to detail

Love of learning and pride in resourcefulness - if you don't know how to do something, you figure it out or you know who to ask
