Job Overview

CEP is actively seeking a dynamic Registration Manager to oversee all aspects of event registration.  The candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and will be able to work effectively and efficiently.

 

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Build and maintain registration websites, electronic invitations and confirmations for each assigned event, following client guidelines

  • Manage reporting tools to provide client and internal team with required reporting

  • Provide customer service to event attendees

  • Produce all required on-site reports, labels, name badges, confirmations and miscellaneous program material

  • Manage on-site registration process for events

 

Minimum Requirements

  • Excellent computer and writing skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and proficiency using internet based programs

  • Reliable, self-motivated and independent worker who is also comfortable working in small and large group situations, as well as various work environments, as needed

  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

  • Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills

  • Attention to detail and time management skills
