Job Overview
CEP is actively seeking a Stage Manager serving in the dual function of assistant to the Director and production staff during rehearsal and then becoming the person in charge of the production during the event.
Responsibilities and Duties

Assist with preparing for and conducting rehearsals

Maintain the production call board, posting notices for cast and crews

Assist with auditions as required by the director

Create and maintain a company roster

Create the prompt script
-
Supervise stage-related activities for events
-
Serve as a liaison between the talent/artists, production vendors and the venue

Ensure the talent/artists arrive on time, load-in, sound/line check, play the proper amount of time, load out and exit

Ensure the needs of the talent/artists are met

Oversee the cast and crew
Minimum Requirements
-
Excellent computer and writing skills

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Must be a reliable, self-motivated and independent worker who is also comfortable working in small and large group situations, as well as various work environments, and in management roles

Must be organized and assertive

Must be a good listener

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
