Chantél Clea is an Event Producer and Certified Event Planning Professional. With over a decade of experience, she is driven by the philosophy that doing whatever it takes is the baseline, and going above and beyond to enhance the brand is commonplace.

From concept to curtains, Chantél maximizes on her God-given gifts of organization and attention to detail to effectively manage and lead teams in various aspects of live event production. Often recognized for her unyielding drive, focus, and enthusiasm, Chantel is a true visionary and proven leader in the planning and production of large-scale events. No matter the role, from Production Coordinator to Executive Producer, when Chantel is entrusted with a project, she applies her knowledge and experience and operates with integrity and efficiency, all while delivering on time and within budget.

During her 15 year tenure at the NAACP, Chantel reformatted and executive produced the NAACP Spingarn Awards Gala, served as Segment Producer for the NAACP Image Awards Nominees Press Conference, and worked as a Production Assistant for the NAACP Image Awards Show.
Chantél also had the opportunity to work on the production team for the 2016 Gracie Awards Show serve as well as a Segment Producer for Studio 2016/DNC Live during the 2016 Democratic National Convention. She has worked on the production team for the 2016 Evolution of Gospel at the Kennedy Center; 2016 and 2017 Gracie Awards Show as the Production Manager; Production Manager for the 2017 Essence Festival for the Path to Power Stage; Production Manager for the 2017 Telacu Scholarship Gala; Speaker/Talent Executive for the 2017 National Black MBA Association Conference. Chantel has also served as the Client Manager for Digital Conventions on American College of Cardiology Conference (ACC), the American Israel Public Affairs Committee Conference (AIPAC) and the Credit Union National Association Conference (CUNA).
